Goyatz.com respects the privacy of its users. This Agreement details the various ways that we collect and process information from you when you visit or use the Goyatz.com Web site. This Agreement may be modified at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the new Agreement will be posted on our web site . You will have the opportunity to accept or reject the new Agreement. If you do reject it, your sole remedy is to stop using this site and to cancel any subscriptions or memberships that you may have. Personnel Information Collection Policy Browsing our site: If you are browsing our site, no personal information is collected from you. Searching If you use one of our search forms, we may become aware of certain information that you enter into the form such as your postal code and other geographic data, but we have no way of relating that information to your personally. Use of Registration Services and Other Web Forms: If you decide to purchase or use any services which may be offered on our web site now or in the future, we will ask you to provide us with certain personal information which will be clearly displayed on the form or forms that you are completing. Disclosure of that information to us is voluntary on your part. You can choose to deny us that information simply by not completing and submitting the form. However, we reserve the right to reject all membership or service requests if you do not provide the minimum required information necessary for us to perform the service that you are requesting. We do not solicit or accept personal or non-personal information from minors for any reason. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, that information will be immediately deleted from our systems. Our web site also contains a Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) which you are automatically agreeing to if you sign up for any of our services whether those services are paid or not. Paid Services: Should we choose to offer paid services and should you choose to utilize any of our paid or premium services, we are required to collect your credit card information, home and billing address, and certain other personal information, in order for us to process your order and deliver the services that you have purchased. We collection that using SSL and other secure and encrypted technology as required by our bank and the merchant account service providers that we use. In order to process your payment, your personal and credit card information will be shared, securely encrypted, with our credit card processor and any other authorized financial processing network that is, or may become, a part of our payment processing system. If we discover that the credit card that you used was presented under fraudulent circumstances, we will report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and make any of your personal information available to those agencies. Cookies: Cookies are industry-standard small text files that are placed on your computer's hard drive by our web server. We use these cookies so that our server can identify your browser session from among the hundreds of other browser sessions that may be occurring all at once.
